How do I partner with you for perfect smiles?

What are your turnaround times?

On average we have a turnaround of 10 days. Turnaround times depend on the service being provided. We try our best to accommodate urgent cases to meet tight deadlines. Let us know the urgency in advance, and we'll expedite your work.
Do you accept digital case files?

Of course, we are leading digital laboratory! Files can be sent via Itero and 3 Shape portholes or by emailing STL files.
How do I get impressions to you?

If you're a local surgery we provide pickup service. For those further afield you can use one of our freepost labels which can be found in the Downloads page. Work gets delivered by Royal Mail.
Where do you do shade takes?

We do all our shade takes in the lab. Please ask the patient to get in contact with us and we will arrange the rest!
